Dual console boats are most suitable for those seeking a very versatile recreational boat that will easily adapt to a variety of activities. Often referred to as a cross-over, they feature a helm on the right (starboard) side of the boat and a console, and in Grady-White’s case, with a head, and companion seat on the left (port side) with a walkway through the middle. The dual console bow offers a lounge area which also affords more storage options than a center console boat. This lounge area can often be converted into a casting platform for fishing or with extra cushions, a large full bow sunpad.  Larger dual console models generally offer cabin sleeping space as well as a full head and shower area.
